Recognized for Quality

The American College of Radiology (ACR) has designated our facilities as an Imaging Centers of Excellence. The ACR awards accreditation only to facilities achieving of highest standards of practice based on an extensive review of our personnel, equipment, safety, and quality control procedures.

To earn ACR Accreditation, each of our imaging modalities undergoes an extensive peer-review evaluation by board-certified physicians and medical physicists who are experts in their field.

Based on this survey, Eisenhower Imaging Center earned the American College of Radiology (ACR) Gold Seal of Accreditation for:

MRI
Breast MRI
CT
PET/CT
Nuclear Medicine and Ultrasound

We earn ACR accreditation for several special imaging procedures including Breast MRI and CT Lung Cancer Screening.

Eisenhower Imaging Center Achieves AAAHC Accreditation

Beyond ACR recognition for its many specific imaging modalities, Eisenhower Imaging Center has also earned accreditation from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) (applies to the Davis location only).

AAAHC Accreditation distinguishes our imaging center from many other outpatient facilities by providing the highest quality of care to its patients as determined by an independent, external process of evaluation. Status as an accredited organization means Eisenhower Imaging Center has met nationally recognized standards for the provision of quality health care set by AAAHC.

More than 5,000 ambulatory health care organizations across the United States are accredited by AAAHC. Not all ambulatory health care organizations seek accreditation; not all that undergo the rigorous on-site survey process are granted accreditation.
